Star Wars - A life size Darth Vader limited edition statue created by Rubies Costume Co / Michael Burnett limited to 500 pieces (this figure is 379/500) and licensed by Lucasfilm Ltd. Michael Burnett Studios handcrafted each of these limited-edition statues using reference photographs and actual pulls from the original moulds, blueprints, photos and visits to the Lucasfilm archives to exactly replicate the costume worn by David Prowse in the Empire Strikes Back.
The statue stands over 84 inches tall on a base that is 33 inches x 19 inches x 3 inches and it is made from moulded latex and features fibreglass accents, a fabric cape and robe, a lightsabre and working lights on the chest box. It comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, Michael Burnett, the Vice President of Rubies and the Vice President of Lucasfilm Licensing.
History - Purchased by the vendor in 1997.
